Now more than ever Tracy has found that consumers want and need a trusted advisor to hold their hand and carefully guide them thought the buying and selling process.
Common sense is not always part of the equation, especially in the dreaded “Short Sale” process. Tracy has carefully built and shifted her team so they can still provide the best service possible to their clients even in the ever-changing market.
Tracy’s vision for the future is to combine her love for her family, community and ever expanding business to a more synergistic way of working … by combining business and giving back to the community. Being a single mother of three young children for a short time in 1990, it inspired Tracy to reach out to other single parents wanting and needing help. Tracy was nominated as SCV Woman of the year in 2014. She is a friend and supporter of Single Mothers Outreach and the SCV Senior Center to mention a couple of the organizations.
Danise has been with Tracy’s team since 1994, and a Realtor since 1988. A native Californian, she grew up in nearby San Fernando Valley and moved to Santa Clarita in 1978.
Her love for Santa Clarita began in childhood when her grandparents lived in S.C.V., then she often revisited SCV as a teenager for horseback riding and field trips. After a few years in the San Bernardino mountains, she came back to Santa Clarita in large part because of the schools. Today Danise is an active member of Zonta International which has a local club in SCV. Zonta’s mission is improving lives of women, here and around the world. She also supports and/or volunteers for several other local non-profits including Boys & Girls Club, Circle of Hope, HMNMH Foundation, SCV Senior Center, Child & Family Center, and Single Mother’s Outreach. Danise also writes a weekly calendar in the Gazette of Live Music in SCV.
Along with running the team office, Danise is the person who is in charge of our escrow process. She takes care of all the many details that go into making sure the transaction runs smooth from start to keys.
Ashley was born and raised here in Santa Clarita, and went to elementary, junior high and high school right here in town. She has a background in title and has been in the real estate community since 2001. Ashley is married with two school-age children. She stays very involved with volunteer work with the kid’s schools and she volunteers for the Senior Center & Single Mother’s Outreach.
Ashley is often the spokesperson on our videos about what’s new in town or in our business. Ashley loves the Santa Clarita Valley and that is why she has lived here for over 30 years.

Stacy Soto was born right here in Santa Clarita at Henry Mayo Hospital. She has been in the local real estate industry since 2002. She started by working in escrow, and also has a background in title insurance, and working in the loan business as well. Married with 2 active boys, she is busy volunteering for their many sports programs as well as for Single Mother’s Outreach.

Originally licensed in 1998, Brian joined Tracy’s team in January 2018 as a Realtor working with Buyers and Sellers. He moved to Santa Clarita in 1994 with his wife where they are currently raising their 2 boys. After a 26 year career in the whole insurance industry, he made a bold move to pursue his passion in real estate full time. Brian is determined and focused with the ultimate goal of making your home buying or selling a positive experience.
Brian is active in supporting causes related to Mulitple Sclerosis. In his free time, he enjoys watching his boys at their sporting activities, the outdoors, and family trips to the beach.
Deborah started with Tracy Team in January 2010 by primarily processing short sales and assisting the team with file management. As the business shifted, she stepped into the role of Office / Business Manager for Cobalt Realty Group and continues to assist the team with their daily needs and projects.
Prior to 2010, Deborah had over 25 years of experience in the escrow and title insurance fields. Her background in management along with her specialized skills has been an asset to our agents and to the successful growth of our company.
Deborah has been a resident of Santa Clarita Valley since 1977 and raised her family here. Originally from Boston MA, born & raised, she thoroughly appreciates the weather and lifestyle that SCV has to offer. She loves to be a part of community events and volunteers for local non-profits when time permits. In her free time, she enjoys leisurely bike rides, loves to cook, travels to the east coast to visit family there.
