Why Tracy Works with a team!

I have been a full time Agent/Broker associate since 1986.  In my more that 29 years of selling Real Estate, it has convinced me that the demands to provide the high level of service, which I want to deliver to my clients, is impossible for a single person to give.  
To have a Listing Coordinator means my clients have twice the effort promoting their home and soliciting agent feedback.  To have a full-time licensed Escrow Coordinator means that all timelines are regularly reviewed and adhered to—plus there's always someone in the office to answer your call. A Marketing Director means to you the best possible exposure for your home and a strong commitment to the internet.  
Everyone on my staff has been personally trained by me.  We meet weekly to make sure our clients are getting the highest level of service and we are always striving to improve.  

About Our Team

Tracy Hauser

More than just your typical Real Estate Agent! She's also quite possibly, one of the best over all networkers in Los Angeles County. Long before Tracy started her Real Estate career back in 1986; Tracy had successfully matched people up to new cars, jobs, friends, needed resources and to their homes.
Life is all about connection for Tracy, she see's how every thing in life is connected to one big source. "I enjoy connecting with people it's a natural thing for me"

It's no wonder Tracy loves Real Estate as much as she does because for her it's about the connection to people and matching their needs first.  Over the last few years (since 2008 market crash), Real Estate has become even more complex.  Now more than ever Tracy has found that consumers want and need a trusted advisor to hold their hand and carefully guide them thought the buying and selling process.
Common sense is not always part of the equation, especially in the dreaded "Short Sale" process.  Tracy has carefully built and shifted her team so they can still provide the best service possible to their clients even in the ever-changing market.

Tracy's vision for the future is to combine her love for her family, community and ever expanding business to a more synergistic way of working ... by combining business and giving back to the community. Being a single mother of three young children for a short time in 1990, it inspired Tracy to reach out to other single parents wanting and needing help.  Tracy was nominated as SCV Woman of the year in 2014.  She is a friend and supporter of Single Mothers Outreach and the SCV Senior Center to mention a couple of the organizations.


Danise Davis

Danise has been with Tracy's team since 1994, a resident of Santa Clarita since 1978, and a Realtor since 1988. A native Californian, she grew up in the San Fernando Valley.  Her love for Santa Clarita began in childhood since her grandparents lived in SCV, then horseback riding and field trips.  Danise is an active member of Zonta International which has a local club here.  Zonta's mission is improving the lives of women, here and around the world.  She also volunteers for a few other local non-profits like Boys & Girls Club, Single Mother's Outreach, Circle of Hope, Optimists, Senior Center, and others.

Along with running the team office, Danise is the person who is in charge of our escrow process. She takes care of all the many details that go into making sure that the transaction runs smooth from start to finish.


Ashley Guardino

Ashley was born and raised here in Santa Clarita and went to elementary, junior high and high school right here in town.  She has a background in title and she has been in the real estate community since 2001.  Ashley is married with two small children. She stays very involved with volunteer work with the kids pre-school and she volunteers for the Senior Center & Single Mother's Outreach.  Ashley loves the Santa Clarita Valley and that is why she has lived here for over 30 years.

Ashley is a licensed Realtor specializing in helping Buyers, driven by her passion to do whatever it takes to get a job done.

Stacy Soto

Stacy Soto was born right here in Santa Clarita at Henry Mayo Hospital.  Stacy has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years.  She started working in escrow and has a background in title and the loan business as well.  Married with 2 young active boys, she is busy volunteering for their many sports programs as well as for Single Mother’s Outreach.  

Stacy is a Realtor here with the Tracy Team and is excited to work for you.  Being very well rounded with the entire selling and buying process, you will be in good hands knowing that she is looking out for your every need before you even knew you had one! 


Barbara Blankenship

Barbara Blankenship joins Tracy Team as an associate broker with over 20 years of Real Estate experience.  Barbara is retired from the City of Santa Clarita where she served as Acquisition Specialist, managing the city's real property acquisitions.  She holds a degree in Real Estate and is a State Certified Residential Appraiser, and she previously taught appraisal classes at College of the Canyons.  Barbara's expertise includes an extensive knowledge of homes and land throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.

Barbara originally moved to Santa Clarita in 1969; she is married and currently resides in Newhall.  She enjoys horseback riding, hiking and gardening. She is looking forward to working with the team in serving the community and our local non-profits.  Call Barbara when you are ready to make your next move or Real Estate investment. 


Deborah Brown

She has been with Cobalt Realty since January 2012, has been a resident of SCV since 1977 and also raised her family here.  She loves to be a part of community events, volunteers for local non-profits when time permits, recently participated in the Avon 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer in Santa Barbara and also works closely with Mothers Fighting for Others (a non-profit organization for girls in Kenya that is headed by another local SCV resident).

Deborah is our team's Short Sale Processor that came to us with over 25 years experience in the escrow and title field.  Her background and specialized skills are instrumental at facilitating and guiding our clients through the tedious steps involved in processing short sales.  Deborah is also the office manager for Cobalt Realty Group.
